created by: Anita Chan & Sonia Yu Please approach Anita or Sonia if you are unhappy with your duty. If there are changes to the roster, email FangMin the new one. What to do for your duty? l: 1) Left side windows: Take rag and wet it. Wipe both the inside and outside of the windows including the frames. 2) Sweep floor: Sweep every area of the classroom including under tables and corners. 3) Clean whiteboard: Clean whiteboard after every lesson. At the end of the day, the whiteboard ledge is to be cleaned with a wet rag. 4) Clean table tops: Take rag and wet it. Wipe all the side and back tables. Also clean the teacher’s table, including the computer and visualiser. 5) Empty dustbin: Always make sure that a plastic bag is lined on the dustbin. At the end of the day, bring the dustbin out and empty it in the dustbins outside. 6) Right side windows: Take rag and wet it. Wipe all sides of the windows, including the handles and frames. Also wipe the little windows on the doors. created by: Anita Chan & Sonia Yu Penalties! ): 1) Any person whose classroom duty is not done on the day itself or who did not do the duty properly will be imposed a fine of 50 cents. The duty has to be done on the next day. Only those with other commitments or special reasons will be excused from duty. 2) Class cleanliness coordinators will check for the correct way of doing duties. 3) Any person who doodles on the whiteboard will be fined 50 cents. Any form of writing that is unnecessary, drawing of pictures for own pleasure or any other strokes drawn that are a form of wasting ink on the board will be considered as a doodle. (Students from other classes are not spared!) 4) If anyone attempts to dirty the class in any way and not clean up after that, she will be fined 50 cents. 5) For every fine imposed on the person who breaks the rules, her name will be recorded. On the 3rd time her name is recorded, she will be fined $2.
